South African Property Law Teacher’s Colloquium

The School of Law at the University of KwaZulu-Natal is proud to host the annual South African Property Law Teachers Colloquium. The Colloquium aims to enhance critical discussion on and the innovative teaching of property law in South Africa. Property law scholars, practitioners, policy makers and postgraduate students are invited to submit abstracts on any aspect of property law. Contributions on current, marginal and/or transformative aspects of property law are particularly welcome, as are contributions that focus on the teaching of property law, particularly in light of the challenges and opportunities presented by Generative AI.
An abstract should include the following: The title of the paper and an abstract of no more than 500 words; author(s) name(s), institutional affiliation and contact details. Abstracts should also include the paper’s objectives, methodology and critical arguments. All abstracts will be reviewed and should be sent using the button below.
