Overview
The program is intended for students who intend qualifying as chartered accountants and is a pre-requisite in order to write the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants Initial Test of Competence. The knowledge and skills graduates are expected to develop on the program are those that are expected of a practising professional Accountant. These include the preparation of company financial statements and the audit thereof, advising clients on the tax implications of their businesses, and preparing monthly management accounts for decision-making purposes. In doing so they are expected to demonstrate proficiency in relevant technologies.

Entry Requirements
A completed (SAICA accredited) B Com Accounting or equivalent degree.
