Overview
The School of Law offers an LLM programme in Constitutional Litigation. The programme aims to develop specialized knowledge of aspects of Constitutional Litigation and to provide students with the opportunity to make use of comparative materials.
Programme Structure
Students are required to complete four modules from the prescribed list of modules, and to complete a
15 000-word dissertation. Although all modules are presented after hours, it is possible to register as a full-time or a part-time student. Full-time students may register for two modules each semester and may complete their degrees in one year, while part-time students will be allowed to register for one module each semester and complete their degrees in two years. Duration
The programme can be completed over one year of full-time study, or two years if part time.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must be in possession of an LLB or a BProc degree with the basic entrance requirement being a minimum overall average of 60%.
